- Now, find the link to the GDS Result PDF and click on it.

India Post GDS 2nd Merit List Download Link
The India Post GDS Merit List 2024 is prepared based on the scores obtained/ conversion of Grades/Points to marks in the Secondary School Examination of 10th standard of recognised Boards aggregated to percentage to the accuracy of 4 decimals. For students whose Secondary School Examination of 10th standard mark sheet comprises the marks as mentioned in each subject or marks and Grade/Points both, their total marks will be calculated by taking into account the ‘marks obtained’.
In case any candidates apply with grades/points instead of marks, their application will be cancelled. For candidates having only grades subject-wise marks will be calculated for each subject, by applying the multiplying factor of 9.5 in the following method:

India Post GDS Cut off 2024
The GDS 2024 cut-off marks for GDS vacancies will be announced by the India Post after carefully considering several factors. These include the total number of applicants, the marks candidates received in their 10th-grade exams (matriculation scores), and the reservation policies specific to each state. The cut-off marks are essentially the minimum scores that applicants must achieve to be considered for the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) recruitment.
The cut-off marks will be different for each state and different categories of candidates, such as those belonging to reserved and unreserved categories. It’s important to note that these cut-off marks can change every year. The variation is usually due to changes in the number of available vacancies in each state and the total number of applicants.
What Next After India Post GDS 2nd Merit List 2024
Candidates who will find their name or roll number in the Gramin Dak Sevak result will be shortlisted for the document verification round. They need to carry the following documents in original and two sets of self-attested photocopies for submission:
